What you share

Parent and student requests include a name, contact number, location, learning stage, subjects or teaching support requested, and preferred timing. Teacher applications include a name, contact number, subjects, experience, location and availability. Parents should submit requests on behalf of young children; please use an adult’s contact details.

Why we ask

Padhao uses these details to review your request and contact you about tutoring or teaching opportunities. Submitting a form is not a guarantee of a match or teacher approval. Your registration is not displayed as a public listing.

Where the information goes

The website is hosted on Netlify and registration records are stored in Supabase. Teacher documents are submitted separately through Google Forms, under the form owner’s Google account. Do not enter document numbers or upload identity documents into the registration text fields.

Teacher documents

The Google Form may require sign-in. Review its instructions before uploading. Use the same name and contact number so the team can reconcile your submission. Documents are reviewed manually; uploading does not automatically mark you verified.

Drafts and retries

Unsubmitted drafts stay in this page’s memory while you navigate between forms. Reloading or closing the page clears them. A request identifier helps prevent duplicate records when retrying the same submission in this session.

Questions or corrections

When the Padhao team contacts you, you can ask them to correct your details or stop contacting you. A dedicated privacy contact and published retention schedule still need to be established by the operator.
